ELECTRO ROCK CLASH
FREQUENCY RAISE UP A STORM / FREQUENCY VENUE – CAFE MORRISON, NEW DELHI
COMING UP ON the scene after a considerable interval, Delhi electro rockers Frequency unveiled their new line-up and a batch of original material with a rousing gig at Café Morrison. The new bass player in the band is Ashish Sharma who, till now, was handling low end duties for Airborne, another Delhi act. The band took its bows before a packed venue and acquitted themselves well if the rapturous crowd response was any indication. The quintet came armed with a clutch of original songs and they made quite an impression. “Cosmic,” is frantic with a strident sense of urgency that catures listeners by the scruff of the neck and “Drown” features a wicked, mid tempo groove.
