Michael Jackson's stuff not to get auctioned

Michael Jackson is to get his possessions back from Julien's Auctions, who were putting a variety of his memorabilia on auction in LA

Michael Jackson life in Neverland might be looking up finally. And the pop star doesn't need to lose any more sleep over his worldy posessions. The pop star whose collectabiles were taken by celebrity memorabilia specialists Julien's Auctions, have lost the case and now returning Jackson's belongings. The planned auction of more than 4,000 items from Jackson's former house, has been cancelled by a LA court, a short while before his stuff was supposed to go under the auctioneer's hammer.

Jackson who has been having production company sued the auction house to stop the sale. A last-minute settlement means Jackson's belongings will now be returned to him. In response, he has dropped the lawsuit. While people will be sad, they won't be able to own any Michael Jackson memrobillia, including his crystal encrusted gloves, a golden throne to the iron gates of his ranch. The sprawling property was Mr Jackson's home for many years. It included a zoo and theme park.

Jackson left his farm in 2005, after he was acquitted of child abuse charges in a high-profile court case. Financial problems forced him to sell part-ownership of the property last year.
