Justin Timberlake sued for sexual harrasement

Justin Timberlake is being sued by his ex-manager, for being forced to watch porn

Published on May 19, 2009

Though Justin Timberlake's diabetically sweet persona belies the words sexual harrasement (contrary to what you'd think of post his Janet Jackson episode).

But his restaurant isn't safe from accusations. An ex-manager has filed for sexual harrasement, saying Timberlake's business partners Eytan Sugarman and Ronnie Kaplan, forced her to watch porn in a locked office.

Not only did they force some hardcore xxx on Alison McDaniel, they even made fun of her when she broke down crying. The suit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court and claims that McDaniel was fired after she complained of the harassment in writing. She did not report the alleged discrimination to the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission before filing the suit, reports the New York Daily News.

Bad luck seems to be haunting JT's restaurant. Late last year, the busboy also sued them saying employees weren't getting paid sufficient overtime and tips.
