Jennifer Love Hewitt Knows what to do this summer - sing

Jennifer Love Hewitt is jumping back on the song band-wagon. Considering her movie career probably began and ended with I Know What You Did Last Summer, she is obviously not going to go down without a fight.

Along with becoming boyfriend Jamie Kennedy's groupie, the actress singer is considering the Jessica Simpson path, and cutting a country album. Love Hewitt has dabbled in music before but she hasn't had a release since 2002's BareNaked album, which was produced by 'Bitch' singer Meredith Brooks.

We're guessing she needs to supplement her career, and as boyfriend Jamie Kennedy said in an interview with People.com he wants to help her demo it.
